I’ve been having back problems all week, I don’t know what is going on, I just know that sleeping on a heating pad at night seems to help. The pain is in the lower part of my back…maybe it’s just old age.

Today is the first day that I’ve felt like my old self and decided to catch up on my blog reads. In doing so, I came across an interesting post by Tishia Lee. First, let me start by saying that I absolutely love Tishia’s blog. I love her frankness and her sense of humor. Even though I’ve never met her and she has no idea who I am, I feel as If I’ve known Tishia for years just from reading her blog. Tishia is very open and honest and I love it!

I hope that all the moms had a great weekend. I spent the weekend at an Anime Convention with my son. He and I have attended the same convention every year for as long as I can remember.

Even though I live in Illinois where the convention is held, I always book a hotel room for the weekend and we have a good time. We usually attend the parties, the fan panels, shop for Anime memorabilia, and stand in line for hours to get autographs from various artists in the Anime industry.
