Congratulations on taking the plunge Demetria!

It can be scary at first, especially giving up that steady paycheck, but with determination and hard work it can be done.

I decided to work from home because I was sick of the full time job I had at my local university. My hours away from my newborn were horrendous and I just couldn't cope with that, so I worked on finding a way out of of my job without quitting cold turkey. I first slid into "student" status and dropped to part time student work, secured a student loan, and was finally able to take classes online and come home.
Then I started my business to supplement family income.
It was a long process, but so well worth it!!
