How Much Is Too Much?

Published by Yolanda under Blogging, Goals, Working at Home

Working at HomeAs I was “blog hopping” today, I came upon a work at home mom blog. (to protect the innocent, we’ll call her blogger girl) ”Blogger Girl” had an informative and interesting blog, in fact, I added it to my favorites.  “Blogger Girl” also had a tab at the top of her blog (like the ones you see at the top of mine), her tab said “Sites I Own”.

Do You Have A Blog?

lady bloggingIf so, you should seriously consider monetizing it to earn a few dollars.  I’ve recently signed up for blogvertise.  Blogvertise is a pay to post company, meaning they will pay you to blog about certain topics. Payout for blogvertise is between $4-$25 per entry.

The good news is that while a lot of pay to post companies require that blogs be at least three months old, blogvertise will accept new blogs on a probationary basis.

A Thankful Work At Home Mom

My brother comes every year from Minnesota to spend the holidays with us and participate in the Black Friday Madness.

My sister, brother and I cook for Thanksgiving and my mom does Christmas, we usually have a mish mash of items on the Thanksgiving menu.  This is what we’re having this year:

  • Deep Fried Turkey
  • Ham
  • Chitterlings (eewww)
  • Turkey Tails
  • Dressing
  • Collard Greens
  • Macaroni & Cheese
  • Fried Cabbage
  • Jumbo Shrimp (appetizer)
  • Ham & Cream Cheese Rollups (appetizer)
  • Spicy Meatballs (appetizer)
  • Potato Skins (appetizer)
